- After a booking we call you to confirm the visit time
- The repair price is told after inspection; work starts only after your OK
- A booking can be cancelled from My bookings before the visit
- The warranty covers the same fault for the days shown on the service, counted from the day the job is completed
- A rating can be given only on a completed booking
